RPX has completed its 58th patent portfolio acquisition.  The portfolio, NCR Network Monitoring, includes 19 issued US patents relating to a variety of network performance management and monitoring techniques including: network modeling, fault monitoring, data packet transmission, and load balancing. The portfolio was marketed by a broker, Intellectual Asset Group, and had received a competing offer from a non-practicing entity.
