Citrix Acquires Service Desk Provider

September 10, 2012 – Citrix announced the acquisition of service desk technology provider, Beetil.  Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Beetil enables Citrix to expand its GoToAssist offering and is used by customers including the University of Queensland, Snapper, and NZCER.
