IPNav’s TQP Targets Six More Companies over Website Encryption

TQP Development [NPE], a plaintiff entity controlled by IP Navigation (IPNav), filed six separate suits against Adobe Systems, BNSF Railway Company, Craigslist, Dick’s Sporting Goods, JetBlue Airways, and MLB Advanced Media, alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to encrypted data transmission.  TQP has filed over 75 suits since December 2008 against over 100 defendants including Dell, Google, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Skype, and Sony.
