TMC Fuel Injection System [NPE] filed suit against Ford Motor Company, alleging Ford’s fuel injection system infringes a patent related to fuel delivery.  This is the first patent infringement suit initiated by TMC Fuel Injection System.  According to the complaint, individual inventor Dr. Shou L.
