James B. Goodman filed suit against Nanya Technology, alleging that Nanya products that include “Mobile DRAM” infringe a patent related to low power modules in computer memory systems.  The inventor has filed over 10 prior suits against more than 15 defendants since 2002.  The patent-in-suit was issued to inventor James Goodman in June 2001.  8/22, Northern District of California, Magistrate Judge Howard R.
