Hoyt A. Fleming [INV] filed suit against Cobra Electronics and Whistler Group, alleging that the defendants’ GPS-enabled radar detectors infringe three patents related to a radar detector for alerting the operator of a motor vehicle to an incoming police signal. Fleming has filed two prior suits since March 2009 against Beltronics USA and Escort. 8/3, District of Idaho, assigned to Judge B. Lynn Winmill, 1:2012cv00392.
