Joao Bock Transaction Systems Sues Charles Schwab

Joao Bock Transaction Systems [NPE] filed suit against Charles Schwab, alleging that the Schwab website infringes three patents related to providing financial transaction authorization.  Joao Bock Transaction Systems has filed eight prior suits against over 40 companies, including Comerica Bank, First National Bank, and USAmeriBank.  Joao Bock Transaction Systems has two regionally named affiliates, Joao Bock Transaction Systems of Texas, and Joao Bock Transaction Systems of California. Raymond Joao and Robert Bock are the named inventors on the patents-in-suit, which were assigned to Joao Bock Transaction Systems in December 2008.  8/17, Northern District of Georgia, assigned to Judge Thomas W. Thrash, Jr., 1:2012cv02857.
