Meadows Financial Systems Sues Lufthansa

Meadows Financial Systems [NPE] filed suit against Deutsche Lufthansa AG, alleging that Lufthansa’s call center and Internet-based applications infringe a patent related to providing Internet-based services to a telephone user.  Meadows Financial Systems filed one prior suit against Pizza Hut in July 2012.  The patent-in-suit was issued to T-JAT Systems 2006 Ltd in November 2011 and an assignment to the plaintiff has not yet been recorded with the USPTO.  RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as an open market opportunity (Open OATH) in November 2011.  8/17, Eastern District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 6:2012cv00542.
