Media Digital [NPE] filed three separate suits against Acer, Lenovo, and Toshiba, alleging that the defendants’ touch screen controlled tablets that include a media player and the ability to update a playlist of music infringe a patent related to a computer integrated with a touch screen radio station control.  Media Digital has filed six prior suits since February 2002.
