Wolf Run Hollow [NPE] filed two separate suits against National Car Rental System and Rabobank over a patent related to secure message delivery.  The complaints are currently unavailable.  Wolf Run Hollow has filed over 10 prior suits against over 60 financial institutions and has been subject to three actions for declaratory judgment since October 2009.  The patent-in-suit was assigned to Rapa Nui Marble in August 2009 by inventor David Whitmire.  RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as part of an open market opportunity (Whitmire) in October 2008.  8/10, Central District of California, assigned to Judge Dolly M.
