Kickapoo Run [NPE] filed suit against Electronic Medical Solutions, alleging that Electronic Medical Solutions’ system for remotely utilizing servers for processing psychological data infringes a patent related to processing psychological data.  Raymond Joao is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit, which he assigned to Kickapoo Run in July 2011.  Kickapoo Run has filed six prior suits since September 2011 against medical related companies, including Athenahealth, Credible Wireless, Defran Systems, Mathemedics, McKesson, Netsmart Technologies, and WebMD.  Raymond Joao is also affiliated with Joao Bock Transaction Systems and Joao Control & Monitoring.  8/8, Central District of California, assigned to Judge David O.
