Activision TV [NCE] filed four separate suits against Adflow Health Networks, Adspace Networks, E-Cast and National Cinemedia, alleging that the defendants’ digital signs and display systems infringe three patents related to the remote control of an electronic display.  The patents-in-suit were invented by Activision TV President David Gothard and issued to the Locke International Trust before being assigned to Activision TV in July 2012.  Activision TV filed one prior patent infringement suit against NEC Display Solutions, Richardson Electronics and Tek Panel in June 2010.  8/1, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv01006, 1:2012cv01007, 1:2012cv01008, 1:2012cv01009.
