Advanced Dynamic Interfaces Sues Aptify and Future Value Consulting

Advanced Dynamic Interfaces (ADI) [NPE] filed suit against Aptify and Future Value Consulting, alleging that Aptify’s Rapid Application Development platform and related products and services infringe two patents related to the automated generation of a dynamic data entry user interface for a relational database. ADI filed one prior patent infringement suit on July 20, 2012 against against Aderas, Apps Associates, Burleson Enterprises, C2 Consulting, C3 Business Solutions, Centroid Systems, Enkitec Group, GB Advisors, The James Group, JSA2 Solutions, Konoso, Linsonic, Mauli Systems, Mythics, Niantic Systems, Penwick Realtime Systems, Rolsta-Tusc, SkillBuilders, Sumner Technologies and Vista Technology Services. The patents-in-suit were issued to inventor John Kesler in June 2006, originated with AppQuest Software, and were acquired by ADI from Unifi Scientific Advances in January 2012. 7/31, Eastern District of Virginia, assigned to Judge Robert E.
