Automated Transactions [NPE] filed suit against Bridge Bancorp and Bridgehampton National Bank, alleging that the defendants’ ATMs infringe 12 patents related to automated teller machines.  Automated Transactions has filed 13 prior suits since January 2006 and has been subject to one action for declaratory judgment.  David Barcelou is the named inventor on all of the patents-in-suit, which were assigned to Transaction Holdings in 2003.  According to the complaint, Automated Transactions is the exclusive licensee of the patents-in-suit.  7/13, Eastern District of New York, assigned to Judge Arthur D.
