I2Z Sues Orbitz over Website Map Listings

I2Z Technology [NPE] filed suit against Orbtiz, alleging that the Orbitz app infringes a patent related to simultaneous display of map information and address listings.  I2Z Technology has filed three prior suits since September 2011 against over 15 defendants including Google, Kayak, and Yahoo, and has been subject to one action for declaratory judgment.  The patent-in-suit originated with Brigham Young University and was assigned to I2Z Technology in July 2011.  7/18, Northern District of Illinois, assigned to Honorable John F. Grady, 1:2012cv05649.
