Meadows Financial Systems [NPE] filed suit against Pizza Hut, alleging that Pizza Hut’s mobile site infringes a patent related to phone-based Internet access.  This is the first patent infringement suit initiated by Meadows Financial Systems.  RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit as an open market opportunity (Open OATH) in November 2011.  7/13, Eastern District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 6:2012cv00449.
