Creative Mobile OU filed a complaint for declaratory judgment against Lodsys Group [NPE], seeking declaration that its games do not infringe four patents related to a customer-based product design module.  According to the complaint, Lodsys sent Creative Mobile OU claim charts purportedly demonstrating the company’s alleged infringement and encouraging them to take a license.  Since February 2011, Lodsys has filed 11 patent infringement suits, and has been subject to 13 prior actions for declaratory judgment.  The patents-in-suit were assigned to Ferrara Ethereal and Webvention before being assigned to Lodsys in August 2010. 7/10, Eastern District of Wisconsin, assigned to Magistrate Judge Aaron E.
