American Radio [NPE] filed three separate suits against Cisco, Intel, and Qualcomm over a patent related to an electromagnetic waveform reconstruction.  The complaints are currently unavailable.  These are the first three patent infringement suits filed by American Radio.  Robert Hotto is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit.  RPX reviewed the patent as an open market opportunity (Hotto) in October 2009.  7/10, Central District of California, assigned to Magistrate Judge Victor B.
