CareerBuilder filed a complaint for declaratory judgment against GeoTag [NPE], seeking declaration that its job search functionality on its websites does not infringe a patent related to an internet organizer for accessing information.  GeoTag has filed 20 prior suits since July 2010 and has been subject to two prior actions for declaratory judgment since March 2011.  The patent-in-suit was co-invented by John Veenstra along with Peter Dunworth and Joan Nagelkirk while he was at Zland.com and was assigned to GeoTag in July 2010.  Other previous assignees include: Z Land, Cityhub.com, Labranza EST, Yellowstone Investments (aka GeoMas International Limited), and M2 Global (aka Ubixo).  7/6, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv00849.
