RecogniCorp [NPE] filed suit against Host Europe and Oakley Capital Private Equity, alleging that the defendants’ FlashFace App product infringes a patent related to composite image customization.  RecogniCorp has filed two prior suits since December 2011 against Nintendo and Vistaprint.  The patent-in-suit originated with Interquest and was assigned to RecogniCorp by Apache Innovations in November 2011.  7/3, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv00844.
