Newthink [NPE] filed suit against Lenovo over a patent related to a display unit with a housing that is “substantially the width and length of a standard letter-size page.”  This is the first patent infringement suit initiated by Newthink.  Bryan Mills, an individual inventor, assigned the patent-in-suit to the Newthink entity in April 2010.  Mills is the registered agent of Newthink.
