Sonic Industry [NPE] filed suit against HSBC Bank over a patent related to controlling in-bound information based on defined parameters.  The complaint is currently unavailable.  Sonic Industry has filed 10 prior suits against Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Corventis, Firstrade Securities, OptionsHouse, Scottrade, SerSart, TradeKing, TradeMonster, and Wells Fargo.  According to PTO records, the patent-in-suit is one of three assigned to an entity named Wilson Telemetry.  6/14, Central District of California, assigned to Judge Manuel L.
