ArrivalStar Sues Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority

ArrivalStar [NPE] and Melvino Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, alleging that Central Puget’s method for monitoring travel data associated with the vehicle infringes a patent related to an advance notification system and method notifies passengers of the impending arrival of a transportation vehicle.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed more than 100 patent suits against over 200 defendants.  Martin Kelly Jones is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit and ArrivalStar’s founded and CEO.  6/7, Western District of Washington, no judge yet assigned, 2:2012cv00977.
