Accuhire.com [NPE] filed suit against CVS Caremark, alleging that CVS’s Internet-based system for screening job applicants infringes a patent related to screening and recruiting job applicants through targeted profiling.  Accuhire.com has filed one prior suit since May 2012 against Starbucks.  Damir Joseph Stimac is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit, which was assigned to Accuhire.com in September 2002.  According to the company’s website, D.
