Click-to-Call Technologies Sues eHarmony

Click-to-Call Technologies [NPE] filed suit against eHarmony, alleging that eHarmony’s Secure Call service infringes a patent related to an anonymous telephone communication system.  Click-to-Call filed two prior suits on May 29, 2012 against Allstate, Art Technology Group, AT&T, BMO Harris Bank, Carnival Cruise Lines, Dell, Ether, eStara, Esurance, Hartford Financial Services Group, HSBC, Ingenio, Macy’s, Oracle, and Yellowpages.  Stephen Duval is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit, which was assigned to Click-to-Call Technologies in June 2011.  RPX reviewed the patent as an open market opportunity (Duval – Acq) in April 2009.  5/30, Western District of Texas, Judge Sam Sparks, 1:2012cv00469.
