Click-to-Call Technologies [NPE] filed two separate suits against Allstate, Art Technology Group, AT&T, BMO Harris Bank, Carnival Cruise Lines, Dell, Ether, eStara, Esurance, Hartford Financial Services Group, HSBC Finance Corporation, Ingenio, Macy’s, Oracle, and Yellowpages, alleging that the defendants’ online help services infringe a patent related to an anonymous telephone communication system.  These are the first patent infringement suits initiated by Click-to-Call.  Stephen Duval is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit, which was assigned to Click-to-Call Technologies in June 2011.  RPX reviewed the patent as an open market opportunity (Duval – Acq) in April 2009.  5/29, Western District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv00465; 1:2012cv00468.
