Mobile Telecommunications Technologies (MTEL) [NPE] filed suit against Clearwire, alleging that the defendant’s wireless products infringe a patent related to two-way communication between a WiMAX network and a mobile device.  According to the complaint, MTEL is the assignee of the patent-in-suit.
