Mondis Technology [NPE] filed suit against Hon Hai Precision Industry, alleging that Hon Hai’s computer monitors infringe five patents related to displays components.  Mondis Technology has filed three prior suits since December 2007 against Envision Peripherals, Foxconn, Innolux, LG, Top Victory Electronics, and TPV Electronics, and one suit at the ITC in February 2012.  Four of the five patents-in-suit originated with Hitachi and were assigned to Mondis in October 2007.
