21 SRL [NPE] filed suit against Ace Hardware and GSI Commerce Solutions, alleging that the ACE Hardware website operated by GSI Commerce infringes two patents related to information retrieval. eBay acquired GSI Commerce for $2.4 billion in 2011. 21 SRL has filed six suits since December 2008 against more than 15 defendants including  Apple, Best Buy, Dell, and Walgreens. Newegg filed an action for declaratory judgment against 21 SRL in October 2009.
