MyKey Technology [NPE] filed suit against Tefkat alleging that Tefkat’s SATA/IDE duplicator Kit knfringes three patents related to computing system protection. MyKey has filed two prior suits since May 2011 and has been subject to one action for declaratory judgment.  In July 2011, MyKey filed a complaint with ITC against the same defendants that were named in the May 2011 suit.  Steven Bress and Mark Menz are the named inventors on the patents-in-suit, which were assigned to MyKey Technology in April 2011.  5/15, District of Maryland, no judge yet assigned, 8:2012cv01468.
