Rembrandt Gaming Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Boyd Gaming, Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts, Penn National Gaming, and WMS Gaming, alleging that the defendants’ reel-spinning gaming machines and video slot machine games infringes a patent related to electronic slot machines.  This is the first patent infringement suit initiated by Rembrandt Gaming Technologies.  Michael Dietz is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit, which was assigned to Rembrandt by Infinity Group in September 2011.  5/9, District of Nevada, Judge Kent J.
