May 7, 2012 – Mobile app provider, BankOns, announced that it has been acquired by Capital One. The BankOns app enables retailers to provide geo-targeted offers and offers based on past purchases. RPX is currently in the process of divesting a portfolio (Geocom) related to geo-targeted content delivery.
