Tejas Research [NPE] filed three separate suits against LFP Internet, Neimen-Marcus and Academy Sports and Outdoors alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to image formatting. (Tejas Research also filed four separate suits against  Getty Images, Playboy, Vivid Entertainment, and Walgreens the day before.)  Tejas Research is represented by Hao Ni’s Dallas law firm.
