Dmitry Edward Terez [INV] filed suit against Audience, alleging that Audience’s “earSmart” voice and audio processors used in mobile handsets infringe a patent related to audio signal processing.  This is the first patent infringement suit initiated by Terez.  According to the complaint, the patent-in-suit was issued to Terez in 2006.
