Titanide Ventures [NPE] filed four separate suits against, alleging that the defendants’ cloud storage services infringe one to three patents related to remote storage. Titanide has filed eight prior suits since May 2011 against defendants including AT&T, Google, HP, IBM, Go Daddy, Microsoft, and Yahoo. Mitchell Prust, the named inventor on the patents-in-suit, also filed two prior suits in April 2009 and August 2009 against Apple, NetMass, and Softlayer Technologies, before assigning the patents to Titanide in December 2010. 4/30, Eastern District of Texas, Judge Richard A.
