Semcon Tech [NPE] filed six separate suits against Fujifilm, IMB, Intel, Micron, Samsung, and Texas Instruments, alleging that the defendants’ integrated circuits infringe one to two patents related to finishing processes for semiconductor components.  Semcon Tech has filed three prior suits since March 2012 against Freescale, Lightwire, and Qualcomm.
