New NPE Represented by Spangler Sues Arrow-Intechra

Disposition Services [NPE] filed suit against Arrow-Intechra, alleging that Arrow-Intechra’s IT asset disposition processes infringe a patent related to transferring, recording, and disposing of assets moved between facilities.  This is the first suit filed by Disposition Services, which is represented by Andrew Spangler.  The patent-in-suit was assigned to Disposition Services in January 2012 by Nicholas Magliato, one of the named inventors.  4/27, Eastern District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 6:2012cv00292.
