SoftVault Systems, Inc. filed suit against CA (4:12-cv-01940), alleging that CA’s “DLP System” infringes two patents related to the u the use of embedded agents to enable or disable a device. SoftVault has filed five prior suits since January 2006 against more than 15 defendants- most recently SAP (Sybase) and Symantec.
