April 18, 2012 – Acacia Research announced that its subsidiary, Telematics, entered into a patent license agreement with PROCON.  In November 2010, Telematics filed suit against 10 companies, including OnStar and PROCON, alleging that the defendants’ GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management software infringes six patents related to displaying raster map and vectorized street information corresponding to vehicle position.
