Uniloc [NPE] filed two separate suits against Alt-N Technologies and Wolfram Research, alleging that the defendants’ software infringes a patent related to software piracy prevention technology. Uniloc has filed over 15 prior suits since September 2003 against over 80 defendants including Activision Blizzard, Adobe, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Sony, and Texas Instruments.
