April 12, 2012 – Vista Equity Partners announced that it has completed its acquisition of CDC Software.  According to the company’s website, CDC provides enterprise software applications including resource planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations management, customer relationship management, and enterprise performance management for customers including Dell Financial Services, National Hockey League, and SiriusXM.  CDC Software will reportedly operate independently of CDC Corporation.
