Omega Patents Sues General Motors and OnStar

Omega Patents [NPE] filed suit against General Motors and OnStar, alleging that the defendants’ tracking devices infringe six patents related to remote starting of vehicle and GPS vehicle tracking.  Omega Patents has filed nine prior suits since 2003.  Kenneth Flick is the named inventor on all of the patents-in-suit, which were assigned directly to Omega Patents in August 2002.  4/6, Northern District of Georgia, Judge William S.
