April 3, 2012 – Sophos announced the acquisition of mobile device security, messaging, and control provider, DIALOGS. According to the company’s website, DIALOGS provides mobile device and remote access solutions to customers including BMW, Daimler, Siemens, and ThyssenKrupp.
