Sonic Industry [NPE] filed suit against OptionsHouse over a patent related to data extraction using limit setting applied by a remote device. The complaint is currently unavailable.  Sonic Industry has filed four prior suits since December 2011 against defendants including Charles Schwab, Scottrade, and TradeMONSTER. According to PTO records, the patent-in-suit is one of three assigned to an entity named Wilson Telemetry.  3/26, Central District of California, 2:2012cv02566.
