PJC Logistics [NPE] filed suit against Toyota, alleging that Toyota’s vehicle tracking and monitoring systems infringe a patent related to a vehicle tracking and security.  PJC Logistics has filed over 20 prior suits since March 2011.  The patent-in-suit originated with Auto-Trac, Inc. and was assigned to PJC Logistics by ACS Transportation Solutions in February 2011.  3/22, Southern District of California, 3:2012cv00704.
