Sonic Industry [NPE] filed suit against TradeMONSTER over a patent related to data extraction using limit setting applied by a remote device. The complaint is currently unavailable.  Sonic Industry has filed three prior suits since December 2011 against defendants including Charles Schwab and Scottrade. According to PTO records, the patent-in-suit is one of three assigned to an entity named Wilson Telemetry.  3/23, Central District of California, 2:2012cv02509.
