Colorado Remediation Technologies (CRM) [NPE] filed suit against ForeScourt Technologies, alleging that ForeScout’s CounterACT automated network security software infringes a patent related to policy-based selection of remediation for computers and mobile devices.  CRM filed one prior suit against Latis Networks in November 2011.  The patent-in-suit originated with Secure Elements and was previously owned by Fortinet before being assigned to CRM on October 31, 2011 by Whitecell Software.  3/22, District of Colorado, 1:2012cv00728.
