Wolf Run Hollow [NPE] filed suit against Citibank, alleging that Citibank’s website infringes a patent related to secure message delivery.  The complaint is currently unavailable.  Wolf Run has filed ten prior suits against over 60 other financial institutions and has been subject to three actions for declaratory judgment since October 2009.
