High Point [NPE] filed suit against T-Mobile, alleging that T-Mobile’s wireless networks and services infringe four patents related to transporting and switching wireless call traffic in communication systems.  High Point filed one prior suit in December 2008 against defendants including Sprint Nextel and its various subsidiaries.  The patents-in-suit originated with AT&T and were assigned to Lucent Technologies and Avaya before being assigned to High Point in March 2008.  3/8, District of New Jersey, 2:2012cv01453.
