November 9, 2010- Lanier, Oki, Panasonic, Samsung and Savin were added as defendants to Whetstone Technology’s suit in the Eastern District of Texas for alleged infringement of products enabled to “print a graphic image on a substrate.” Accused products include various forms of printer devices.
